New branding and website wrapped up for Mail Box Express
With businesses needing to be on top of their game at all times in terms of service levels, the courier industry has become incredibly competitive. That's why we needed to think outside the box for one of the UK's foremost players.
How do you make a courier company become less of a commodity and more of a personality in order to gain big strides against even bigger competition in what is also perceived a very bland industry? That was the task we set ourselves just after we won the work to carry out a whole rebrand for Leeds based courier company, Mail Box Express.
After a great deal of research, thinking and grilling focus groups to pin down exactly what they wanted (and didn't want!) we rolled up our sleeves and began to overhaul their existing website and implement a full re-design. Our focus was not only on improving the design, but also making the customer journey easier with a real focus on the booking system and plain, direct copy and simple navigation.
As for injecting the Mail Box brand with personality, we also developed the existing identity, which included revising the tone of voice and designing the livery, which people will see on roads throughout the UK as it adorns the company's fleet very soon.
