Our incredibly successful working relationship with Lovell Homes continues with the brand and marketing work for Bramah Place – an exciting new development on the edge of Manchester city centre that combines urban life with suburban living.
Situated in close proximity to the Ancoats area of Manchester and part of Lovell’s 15 year programme to regenerate the 264 acre Miles Platting estate, Bramah Place will offer an attractive alternative to apartment living and an evolutionary ‘side-step’ onto the property ladder. For those wanting to retain the social and commutable benefits of living within a vibrant urban location, but also wanting to put down roots in secure and familiar homely surroundings, this is the perfect place. In short, Bramah Place will offer its’ residents the best of both worlds.
As the development’s obvious strength and most compelling selling point, we set about visually articulating this idea in a suite of photographic compositions that find a central character simultaneously inhabiting two contrasting environments. Bold, clever and visually arresting, this set of intriguing images will underpin the marketing campaign for the development, along with some equally ingenious messaging and campaign executions.
We anticipate good things to come from the hard work of everyone involved – lots of interest for the client and a successful campaign story for us. Once again, the best of both worlds!
