Building a new brand for the final phase of Platting Village

Building a new brand for the final phase of Platting Village

Platting Village is the 10-year transformation by Lovell Homes of what was previously Miles Platting on the edge of Manchester city centre. Now called Platting Village, our successful collaboration with Lovell, spanning 12 phases, has not only redefined the local urban landscape, but has been recognized with accolades such as being a runner-up in the prestigious What House UK's Best Regeneration Scheme.

Safe to say, it’s been our absolute pleasure creating the visual identity of Platting Village and playing a pivotal role in shaping and positioning this ambitious project. From the initial phases to the present, we’ve consistently captured the essence of each development, while creating a cohesive and compelling story.

As Miles Platting neared its impressive completion, we proudly unveiled the branding and design assets for the final phase called Saxon Square.

Karl Lakin, Founder of ONFIRE AGENCY, reflected on the journey, stating, "Being part of Platting Village's transformation has been an incredible experience. The final phase represents not just the end of a project but the fulfillment of a vision that has revitalized communities and created vibrant living spaces. It's a testament to the collaborative spirit of our partnership with Lovell Homes."
Rebecca, Marketing Manager at Lovell Homes, shared her sentiments, saying, "The final phase of Platting Village is a momentous occasion for all of us at Lovell Homes. ON FIRE AGENCY has been instrumental in bringing our vision to life throughout this journey. Their creativity has not only shaped the visual identity of each phase but has contributed to the overall success of Platting Village as a regeneration landmark."

As the final phase takes its place in the Platting Village legacy, stake holders, residents, and the public are invited to witness the completion of a decade-long journey. Saxon Square not only symbolises the end of a remarkable development, but also marks the beginning of a legacy that will endure in the hearts and homes of East Manchester.
