OnFire were asked by major developer Higgins Homes to develop a modern and stylish identity to reflect the unique craftsmanship and attention to detail inherent in ‘The Artisan Apartments’, their flagship development in Loughton, Essex.
OnFire drew inspiration from the arts & crafts movement that architecture in Loughton is renowned for and applied this to developing a distinctive identity for The Artisan Apartments.
OnFire took a ‘three-dimensional’ approach to all aspects of the marketing material. The main brochure for the development, for instance, was crafted out of unique paper stocks and hand finished so it reflected the premium craftsmanship and detailed design that has gone into every one of the seven exclusive luxury apartments.
Marketing Manager at Higgins Homes commented:
“We were really impressed how the creative team at OnFire got under the skin of what we needed to communicate for the Artisan Apartments. Today’s property market is so competitive, it was essential we got across the highly individual qualities of this development in our marketing, but especially in print in a market where the brochure still forms a key part of the buying decision – and I’m delighted with what was delivered”
Vince Schofield, Design Director at OnFire commented:
“Clients come to us because of our diverse experience”, comments Schofield. “We have vast property marketing knowledge, with nationally-awarded campaigns such as Mann Island, Liverpool, for Countryside – but we also work in many other sectors, from cosmetics to cars. These days property developments have personalities as diverse as different car brands, so that’s not a bad analogy”
Since securing Higgins Homes OnFire has secured further accounts in the south and their reputation amongst southern developers is growing rapidly.
