Guilty of creativity for the Station House

Saying ‘Hello, hello, hello’ to the Station House

A remarkable transformation has begun at the former police headquarters in Stourbridge. Built in the 1900s and steeped in history, this iconic property is undergoing a meticulous renovation to become luxurious development of apartments called the Station House.

Recognising the need for a brand and marketing strategy as distinctive as the landmark building itself, our longer standing client, Lovell Homes has entrusted us with taking a strategic approach that honours the building’s past while heralding its future as a beacon for upmarket living.

To achieve this, the team at On Fire are now busy crafting a branding strategy that celebrates the building's unique historical significance as a police station. From a sophisticated colour palette to sleek typography, and high-quality imagery to a distinct tone of voice, every aspect is being carefully considered to evoke elegance and exclusivity. Yet, crucially, at the same time paying homage to the property's former life.

This combination of heritage and contemporary flair will set the tone for not just the branding of the development, but also its marketing material.

Trish Foster, Marketing Director said about the upcoming work “The branding and marketing material produced by On Fire is always every bit as impressive as the developments we build. I’m sure that Station House will be no exception.”

The transformation of a landmark building is no small feat, and with the right branding and strategy, Station House is poised to be the place to live in Stourbridge.
