The Rushbond Group are turning an historic Leeds city centre building into the latest designer student accommodation and the team at OnFire have been busy developing branding for it that’s in a class of its own!
Set to be the latest and greatest place for students to live in Leeds, Algernon Firth is a listed building, ideally located close to university buildings and the Leeds Royal Infirmary. In the perfect spot for students, especially those studying medicine, it is being painstakingly transformed into contemporary designer living that even includes its own gym, launderette and free Wi-Fi throughout the building
This exciting development which marks a new era in student accommodation is yet another landmark project by the Rushbond Group. As such it will bring together the very best in modern building techniques and design while at the same time making the very most of Algernon Firth’s unique heritage and character. The result will be a building without comparison in the student market in Leeds.
At OnFire, we’re proud to have created an equally unique brand, website and marketing collateral. Aimed first and foremost at students, we’ve developed a look which is modern, contemporary and funky, yet at the same time positions Algernon Firth as the grown-up choice for those wanting to study in style.
Jordan Yorath at Flats in Leeds said; “As the letting agents for Algernon Firth, we’ve been very impressed with the way On Fire work. Having worked closely with them, we’re sure that the fantastic brand, website and marketing material they’ve created will target the students we are after and position the property as the sought-after place to live.”
Richard Baker at the Rushbond Group said; “We’re taking a young, fresh approach to transforming Algernon Firth into student accommodation and so with this in mind, On Fire were the obvious choice for its branding. I think the great work they’ve done proves that our confidence in them was well founded.”
Vince Schofield, Design Director at On Fire said; “It’s been a real pleasure to be working on another Rushbond scheme. They always welcome creativity and this ultimately allows us to create something exciting and fresh. For this development we’ve really gotten into the minds of the students we want to attract in order to create unique branding and marketing material that directly targets them.”
