Creating that light bulb moment

Lights4Fun is one of the UK’s leading online lighting retailer. But amazingly, they had only started in 2003 with nothing more than a waving Santa, some string lights and passion for all things bright and beautiful. Having achieved such success so quickly, they never had time to assess their brand and communications. So, they asked us to take a closer look at both and see how we could create something that would position them as the No.1 choice in their market! 

Following a series of workshops and insight sessions, we discovered what made them unique in the marketplace was their enthusiasm and love for anything that lights up your life.

We then began developing their brand personality and ensured this informed all communication across the entire customer experience; from the way they answer the phone, right the way through to their packagaing. This included creating a highly crafted brand logo which was hand drawn by world leading illustrator and calligrapher, Peter Horridge, who can boast examples of his work kept at the National Art Library.

The result is truly differentiated brand that really does shine brighter!
