We’ve been working hard over the last few months developing Pickerings Lifts brand and communications strategy. Following our winning pitch to secure their PR work, the business then asked us to take a long hard look at how they present and communicate their offer in the marketplace.
We began our work with a period of research, which explored every aspect of the business both internally and externally. We spoke to the team, their customers, suppliers and researched the industry and competitive marketplace.
Based on our findings, it was clear that Pickerings Lifts needed to understand exactly where they sat in the market, what was truly unique about their offer and how best to communicate all that not only to their customers, but throughout the business too.
We worked closely with the management team at Pickerings Lifts to develop a robust, meaningful brand and communications strategy that would lever their incredible 160 year history and drive the business forward into the future which included revitalising the visual identity, a full website rebuild and a host of communications collateral.
